Summer Rules & Regulations

Space, Availability
& Confirmation:
All applications
must be accompanied by credit card information or check payable to Cardiff 101 Chamber.
Booth Space: Each booth space measures 10’ x 10’. You will need to bring your own table,
chairs, shade and anything else you will need. Set-up begins at
Parking: Parking is limited. Arrive early enough
to unload your vehicle, go park and return to set up.
Refunds: It is understood that there will be no
refunds in cases of inclement weather, acts of nature, forfeiture or restrictions
by governmental agencies to cancel the event over which the Cardiff 101 Chamber
has no control. There will be no rescheduling of the event.
Tax Information: All vendors are responsible for
collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
Restrictions: No stolen merchandise, firearms,
ammunition, drugs, or drug paraphernalia are allowed at or near the area.
Booth space # will be given at check
in.

harmless and forever discharge the City of Encinitas and Cardiff 101 Chamber;
it’s agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and
assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, expenses, causes of
action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether
known or unknown, in law or equity that I have or may have, arising from or in
anyway related to my participation in any events or activities conducted by, on
the premises of, or for the benefit of Dog Days of Summer, providing that this
waiver of liability doesn’t apply to any acts of gross negligence, or
intentional, willful or wanton misconduct.
